Vendor Cancellation & Refund Policy

To ensure a smooth event and fair table allocation for all vendors, the following cancellation policy applies to all vendor table purchases.

Full Payment Requirement

All vendor tables must be paid in full at the time of reservation unless other arrangements have been approved by the event organizer.

Cancellation Policy

30+ Days Before the Event

Vendors who cancel 30 days or more prior to the event may receive:

• 75% refund of the table cost, or
• 100% credit toward a future Capital City Card Show

14–29 Days Before the Event

Vendors who cancel 14–29 days prior to the event may receive:

50% refund of the table cost, or
75% credit toward a future Capital City Card Show

7–13 Days Before the Event

Vendors who cancel 7–13 days prior to the event may receive:

25% refund, or
50% credit toward a future Capital City Card Show

Less Than 7 Days Before the Event

Due to event planning, marketing, and table layout commitments:

No refunds will be issued

However, at the organizer's discretion, a partial credit toward a future show may be offered.

No-Show Policy

Vendors who do not attend the event and do not notify the organizer in advance will not receive a refund or credit.

Early Departure Policy

To maintain a professional experience for attendees:

Vendors are expected to remain set up for the entire duration of the show.

Vendors who pack up and leave significantly early may lose priority access to tables for future events.

Event Cancellation

If the Capital City Card Show is canceled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances (venue closure, emergency, etc.), vendors will receive:

Full refund, or
Full credit toward a future show
